The classic manicure and pedicure is still a big thing for us, so we keep the latest rainbow of on-trend colours, and make them last on nails for as long as possible.
We've always done great nails - but when bodybarn.com clients started pushing their nails as much as their hair and beauty treatments, we had to give you something exciting. Inspired by Jessica Nails, we introduced the salon to GELeration which became an instant hit at bodybarn.com.

Early 1012, Michael Bonnar-McPhee will be offering fitness and wellness advice. For fitness sessions, Michael will be available to visit clients in the comfort of their own home, gym or in the privacy of the Bodybarn's gym facilities. We will add a page on our bodybarn website soon!
A retired Major with the Royal Engineers, Michael has always been an advocate of physical fitness and well-being. Presently an Alpine and Telemark Ski Instructor during winter seasons and a Skydive Instructor at weekends, Michael will soon share his secrets to a healthy lifestyle with you.
Michael and Tamara will be doing the London to Paris Cycle Ride for the MS Trust in June 2012. The MS Trust is in regular contact with over 35,000 people with or affected by MS. They have helped and continue to help, thousands of people by providing information, education, research and support.

Salon skydive
In 2010 Sarah and Yasmin battled with their nerves and did an amazing skydive for charity. Misho's jump was a gift from Tamara who is also a skydiver.
Between them, Sarah and Yasmin raised over £2,300 for The British Heart Foundation and Breast Cancer Research. Please enjoy the video and relive the experience with us.
